Eligibility for Returns

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Exchanges

To exchange an item, you must first return the original item following the steps outlined above.

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
For international orders, the return process remains the same; however, all duties, taxes, and shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
